MENTORING TRAINING LEADER COUPLE Married for 34 years, Kim & Keith Huffman come with 13 years of marriage mentoring experience. Out of their own marital struggles and experiencing the devastating effects of Kim’s parents divorce, came the burning desire to help couples build strong relational foundations. They work with couples preparing for marriage and those struggling with their marital relationship. Through their work, hundreds of couples are living with a greater level of marital satisfaction and a hope for their future together. The Huffmans have over 30 years of leadership in various churches and other non-profit organizations, including being current national board members of Better Marriages. Certified as a Leader Couple with Better Marriages, they lead marriage retreats and seminars. As Prepare/Enrich Seminar Directors, they teach mentors the tools to assess the couple’s relationship used in mentoring. Since 1999, they have served as the Assistant Directors of Marriage Builders of Christian Life Center in Dayton, OH. Kim is also credentialed as a Certified Life Coach (AACC) and Certified Biblical Counselor (AACC). |

Quotes from couples that have been mentored and mentor couples "We enjoyed the mentoring
program because it allowed us the opportunity to meet with a more
mature couple and find answers to some of our pre-marital questions.
It also sparked questions that we never
considered to think about and we were able to seek and find answers
to them before marriage.
The mentoring program is a great
opportunity for couples to grow close and more intimate before the I
do’s!" "To say that the mentoring Shawn and I received
was 'invaluable' hardly seems adequate. We appreciated the
pre-marriage mentoring so much that we determined it was a ministry
in which we felt a need to participate. We now mentor couples
to be married and we grow from it as we help others to have the
'tools' of a great marriage at their disposal. What a
blessing! "Kim and Keith Huffman are excellent "Marriage
Building Mentors". They do an outstanding job teaching the
marriage skills that are so badly needed today. We were
blessed to have them as our own personal mentors, and they were a
great help to us. In our opinion, they model the "1 Corinthian 13"
chapter on "Love". |
